RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our top priority and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible orders. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable. If there was any issue with your order, please contact Customer Service for resolution. All retail purchases and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To initiate an eligible return, contact our Customer Service via our Contact Us page or at cs@sallyhershberger.com for return instructions. Please provide detailed information regarding your purchase, including your order ID, what product you purchased, and the reason for your requested refund.
Return Purchase Confirmation
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Once your return has been received and is approved, a credit will be issued in the form of a refund to your original payment method.
